It’s a proverbial race to the courthouse, as the Trump Administration rushes back to the Supreme Court on an emergency basis to try to block Judge Talwani’s new preliminary injunction, but Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson trips them up by refusing to grant an Administrative Stay to stop ballots from going out in the meantime. Popok explains how that is a bad sign for the Trump attempt to use the Postal Service to deny 1/3 of America their mail-in ballot!
